Lets Make *Pyaar Bhari Kaju Katli for Valentine’s Day*🔥🔥 You’ll Need -250gm Cashews -125ml Water -125gm Sugar -1 tsp Cardamom Powder -1 tbsp Ghee -few drops of pink food color(optional) -Some Edible Silver Leaf *Firstly Freeze the cashews overnight *and grind these (use pulse mode to grind these) make a fine powder and strain it *take a kadhai and add water, sugar & let it melt completely *add cashews powder and cardamom powder and mix very well *stir continuously till it thickens *lastly turn off the flame & add ghee and pink food color and mix *now for 10-15 minutes mix this mixture continuously till it become so smooth and dough like texture *take out on butter papar and roll thinly *decorate with silver leaf and let these cool down completely Note- cashews ko freeze krna is very important -grind krte time ekdum se bahut saara grind nahi krna h otherwise cashews oil release kr denge aur sticky ho jayenge -cook krte time continuously stir krna h -cut krne ke baad let these cool down then serve & Y
