Mobile Number Portability (MNP) ensures you can switch service providers without changing your number — promoting consumer choice and competition. 2. Unwanted calls blowing up your phone? Thanks to TRAI’s Do Not Disturb (DND 3.0) system, you can register to block unsolicited commercial messages and report spam easily via the DND app. 3. Transparent billing guidelines for broadband and telecom services ensure that consumers are well-informed and charged fairly. 4. TRAI’s broadcasting regulations allow consumers to select individual TV channels, preventing forced bundling and reducing unnecessary charges. 5. Availability of geo-tagged mobile network coverage maps enables informed decision-making while choosing telecom services. 6. TRAI's MySpeed and MyCall apps help users track internet speed and provide feedback on call quality — strengthening service accountability. Communication today goes beyond voice. It includes data, content, and access. TRAI’s role is to ensure every connection is safe, fair, and inclusive.
