Capturing Details of Signing officials in Financle Through SIGNDET Menu: Madam/Sir, As per the direction received in the structured meeting headed by MD&CEO and CVO, for compliance of the agenda i.e. Capturing details of signing officials (On the vouchers /mandates/instruments used in banking transactions) in Finacle a new menu named ‘SIGNDET’ has been developed and implemented in our Finacle System. The SIGNDET menu will be used to record the officer’s details for the transactions. Accordingly, a system-generated pop-up alert—“Enter the Signatory Details in SIGNDET Menu”—will appear when a branch user posts a transaction. In view of the above, all Branches are advised to enter the required details in SIGNDET menu for all the transactions where two official's signatures have been obtained on the vouchers/mandates/instruments and the concerned transaction is completed. Further, all branches are also advised to strictly adhere to Branch Circular no 114/83 dated 17/07/2020 in letter and spirit, to mitigate the risk associated with such transactions. For any challenges if found in system during entering details in SIGNDET menu, please inform HO-GOD keeping your Zone/FGMO in loop. Madam/Sir, We refer to the captioned subject, we have brought a change in Finacle Menu "DCBBR" for proper reporting and monitoring of denomination wise Soiled/Mutilated notes and denomination wise coins lying in branches. Hence you are advised to sort/count all the notes/coins and prepare an actual record for entering the same in DCBBR. The change will be effective from tomorrow i.e. 13/06/2025.

IDear Sir / Madam, We have planned emergency DR Cutover of FINACLE(CBS) on 27th May 2025 (Tuesday). FINACLE system will be working from our Disaster Recovery (DR) Site . Hence, all the branches are requested to complete HSCOD/HSCOLD latest by 8.30 pm on 26th May 2025 (Monday) Branches would need to log on to the DR site by clicking on the below URL available on their PC’s for normal business. This will be the production URL from 27th May 2025 (Tuesday). https://rpt.starfina.boicorp.net:35500/SSO/ui/SSOLogin.jsp Though all precautions have been taken to ensure smooth switch over, Zones are advised to inform branches under their control to take adequate precautions by putting in place suitable contingency plans. Please encourage the customers to use alternate delivery channels like Mobile Banking, UPI, Internet Banking and ATM Services during DR cutover. Kindly advise all the Branches accordingly so that they are well prepared with contingency plan. Any abnormality in services should be escalated to Data Centre Immediately.
