*EPLATFORM UPDATE* Query: some staff Asked query that if we want to process Loan after CIBIL generation from Misc Tab Again New CIBIL is to be extracted which impacts CIBIL Score Answer: As per the current cooling period, if you create an application within 7 days and initiate for bureau, then the system will not pull a new cibil but will use what you have generated through the misc tab only. HO-DLD

*Kind Attention* Form-16 Part A & B of the Employees are now uploaded in HRMS..

*EPLATFORM Update* Now we can fetch CIBIL report from E-platform without creating a new application.... Under miscellaneous tab in create new application menu.

Subject: Important Advisory Regarding Internet Banking User ID Creation Dear Team, It has been observed that while creating User IDs for Internet Banking, some branches are including special characters or spaces or junk character. This practice leads to failure entries, and as a result, even after entering data in STCON, branches are receiving a "No Record" status in IBSATUS. To avoid such issues, we strongly advise all branches to strictly *use an 8-character alphanumeric* User ID without any special characters or spaces or junk character.
