Tcs rolled out new bench policy : Get project within 35 days of bench, else TCS can take disciplinary actions (including cessation of service). Policy says 225 working days of allocation in 12 months is required- Total working days ~260, so, bench period allowed 260-225 = 35 days.

TCS Chennai Maitree invites all associates to participate in the "Dribble & Deliver" Football tournament, scheduled for July 5th and 12th, 2025, at the TCS Siruseri Sports complex from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM. *Tournament Details:* - Date: July 5th and 12th, 2025 - Time: 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Location: TCS Siruseri Sports complex *Registration:* - Mandatory Registration Link: https://forms.office.com/r/0BHkt1wZ82 - Last date of Registration: June 28th, 2025 (Saturday) before 5:00 PM or till the first 100 teams register (whichever is earlier) *Tournament Rules and Guidelines:* 1. Only for TCS Associates (not for family members/kids) 2. Separate tournaments for men and women 3. Team size: 5-7 players (minimum 5 players required) 4. Sports shoes are mandatory (no shoes with spikes allowed) 5. All matches will be on a knock-out basis 6. Mixed categories (men and women) in the same team are not allowed 7.
