A meeting of the Nodal and Working group States of the Sub theme " IT - enabled digital services" with regard to Niti ayog's Departmental summit was conducted under the chairmanship of respected Smt.Kavitha Garg, Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, GoI in hybrid mode. Kerala being the Nodal State, has coordinated the said meeting where all concerned States/ UTs have participated including Andhra Pradesh , Assam , Karnataka , Maharashtra Punjab, Uttarakhand , Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Dr A Raghu , Deputy Director General Ayush , Govt. of India , Dr Arun Kumar Singh , Assistant Director, PIB also was present along the JS. NAM Kerala State Mission Director, Dr D. Sajith Babu IAS presented the States IT-enabled digital services and upcoming projects, and future plans. Smt. Kavita Garg praised Kerala's AYUSH IT initiatives and stated that these kind of innovative approaches from various States may be identified and such best practices, particularly integrating technology into ayush services be scaled up at the National level under NAM. The grand Certificate Distribution ceremony of 100 AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers ( AAMs) in the State was conducted by National AYUSH Mission Kerala on 28.05.2025 at Tagore Theatre, Trivandrum. The event was inaugurated by Hon'ble Health Minister, Smt. Veena George and presided by respected Additional Chief Secretary Health & AYUSH, Dr.Rajan Khobragade IAS. State Mission Director NAM, Dr. Sajith Babu IAS delivered the welcome address. The moment was graced by the distinguished presence of respected Smt. Kavita Garg, Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, GoI, Dr.A.Raghu, Deputy Director General, Ministry of AYUSH along with Dr. Arun Kumar Singh , Assistant Director Press Information Bureau. Hon'ble Minister and Smt. Kavita Garg praised the National AYUSH Mission Kerala's efforts in promoting the AYUSH sector and bringing it to the forefront among Kerala's public. During the event, Kerala AYUSH Kayakalp Guidebooks was released by Hon'ble Minister by handing over to Smt. Kavita Garg. The ceremony celebrated the achievements of AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers in meeting NABH standards.
