Apostles Update Week 19 MAY 2025 Dear Friends, HAPPY 65TH ANNIVERSARY ZAOGA FIFMI!! Please send your Anniversary celebration videos and pictures on email [email protected] or WhatsApp on +27 78 868 5857. MOZAMBIQUE We give all glory to the God of our Father, Apostle E.H. Guti, who continues to take His church from glory to glory. As the legacy of the vision continues, we successfully held the Elders’ Deeper Life Conference for Zone 1 – Maputo, Mozambique, which took place from the 14th to the 17th of May. The conference brought together over 450 Elders and Deacons, joining the broader vision across the 44 conference zones throughout Mozambique. The presence and power of God was tangibly felt throughout the event. We were honoured to receive a delegation sent by our Father, the Presiding Bishop Dr. Joseph Joe Guti. The delegation consisted of Overseers Mark (South Africa Administrator) and Glenda Gombakomba, Overseers Abel, and Beverly Zhou. Under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, they taught on vital topics for leaders. These teachings had a profound impact on all who attended, from the first day to the last day. A grand service was held on the 18th of May, bringing together believers from Greater Maputo. More than 1,200 believers were in attendance. During the service, Overseer Gombakomba, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, prophesied the continued growth of the church in Maputo and gave divine warnings and encouragements. Miracles 7 people gave their lives to Christ Many were healed from various diseases Numerous individuals were delivered from evil spirits We firmly believe that this conference has marked a turning point for both the leadership and the church in Mozambique. The impact will be long-lasting, and the nation will never be the same again. KAIZEN RUWA DISTRICT We would like to thank the God of our Father, Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti, for His unfailing love in Kaizen Ruwa District. Sunday, 18 May, was so special as we were graced by the presence of our very own DSG Apostle, Dr. Steve and Dr. La-Verne Simukai. Great deliverance took place as the church prayed fervently, pleading and applying the blood of Jesus. A total of 840 people attended the service, while 13 people gave their lives to Christ, and hundreds received their deliverance from various spiritual attacks after declarations were made from the altar. Indeed, it was an Apostolic Visitation. The Church was happy, excited, and jubilant. We have been elevated to higher dimensions in God's Kingdom. All Glory to God. Amen. DRC KINSHASA We give glory to God of our father E.H. Guti, for the 65th anniversary celebrations in Kinshasa on Sunday, 11 May 2025, in Mbinza Assembly, where the Overseers E. and C. Kisuka, together with pastor Brigitte Lembi, were invited. The bible study was led by Overseer Clement Kisuka, who spoke of the beginning of this ministry on the 12th May 1960 in Bindura using the History of ZAOGA Forward in Faith book, and Pastor Brigitte Lembi encouraged the church. We had a very good fellowship after the service. At Limette Assembly, where our missionaries Evangelist Admire and Pastor Ruth Chimbewu are pastoring, the Assembly managed to host the anniversary Celebrations for the first time. They started on Monday, reading the book History of ZAOGA Forward in Faith up to Sunday. Believers testified the presence of God when the book was being read. The attendance was 15 to 20 during the week, and the highest was on Sunday, 30 people, and 4 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. We had a time of fellowship after the service. Believers were happy. Continue to pray for us as we desire for the church to grow NEVIS We thank God for a powerful and spirit-filled gathering during the Nevis FIFMI Anniversary March and special church service. The day was marked with unity, joy, and a deep sense of reflection on God’s faithfulness throughout the journey of Forward in Faith Ministries International. The service opened with vibrant praise songs as the congregation lifted up the name of the Lord in celebration. The atmosphere was charged with thanksgiving, setting the tone for the rest of the service. The reading of the FIFMI History Book reminded us of how our church withstood trials, hardships, and tribulations through intensive prayer and fasting. We are grateful for the vision of our founder, Apostle Dr. Ezekiel Guti, and the milestones God has helped us achieve. It was a time of encouragement and recommitment to the mission. Members shared powerful testimonies of their start at FIFMI. We heard testimonies of healing, restoration, and breakthroughs, reflecting how the ministry has touched lives across generations. These stories reminded us of God's unchanging power and grace. A heartfelt moment came when one member stood before the congregation and made a sincere call for forgiveness. This act of humility moved many, leading to a time of reconciliation and renewed love among the brethren. After Holy Communion, we cut the anniversary cake. The service concluded with warm fellowship, as members shared food and laughter, strengthening the bonds of unity in the body of Christ. We give all the glory to God for a memorable Anniversary March and a service that rekindled our faith, love, and purpose. We are also grateful for the zeal for the work of God that we see from believers in St Kitts. Continue to pray for us. The legacy lives on. EGYPT We thank the God of our Father, Ezekiel, for the church in Egypt. By the grace of God, the church is thriving, with a strong sense of gratitude, joy, and unity among the believers. Six elders and six deacons attended the Deeper Life Conferences, which had a profound impact. The feedback services were powerful, and we felt the presence of God even during virtual services. We celebrated Ezekiel Guti Day on 3rd May 2025 with in-house aerobics and exercises, honouring our Father's example healthy lifestyle. We also joined the rest of the FIFMI global family in celebrating 65 years anniversary on 10th May 2025, attended by 25 believers, featuring powerful testimonies, singing some of the much-loved songs, including "huyai mose", "ZAOGA inofamba naMwari wayo" among others. We had powerful speakers from our leadership. We were also privileged to read the Church history book during mid-week services in April in preparation for the anniversary celebrations. Our virtual and physical services remain well-attended, filled with joy and gratitude. We are thankful to the Church of God for prayers, and we witnessing God's blessings in Egypt. ALGERIA We thank the God of our father, Ezekiel, for His grace over the nation of Algeria. On Friday, the 16th of May, we were blessed as 19 people logged on for the Service, which was hosted by the Boys of Thunder (BOT). We continued in the spirit of Anniversary celebrations as people testified on what the God of Ezekiel did for them. Bro Blessing Shenjere shared from the book of 1 Samuel 9:5 & 6 under a theme ‘God is more than Able,’ indicating that when it’s your season, God can use your situation to lead you into your destiny. He is more than able to do exceedingly abundantly above what we think or imagine! Our Elders gave final remarks and prayed for everyone. We thank you for supporting us with your prayers. GUYANA We give thanks to the God of Ezekiel for His unwavering faithfulness and the abundant blessings He continues to bestow upon us. The Go Quickly Ladies faithfully meet every Tuesday for prayer. Our Friday service was filled with power and the presence of God. On Sunday, we engaged in an interactive Bible study where we shared insights from the book The Importance of Knowing Your Area. This session helped us reflect deeply on understanding our spiritual and personal responsibilities. Following the study, we experienced a lively time of praise and worship, which prepared our hearts for the message delivered by Elder Sherryann. She shared teachings from the Deeper Life Conference, focusing on how to enhance the ministries of hosting, praise and worship, and child evangelism. Pastor Fanuel then continued the message and led a heartfelt altar call, during which individuals were prayed for and ministered to. We remain grateful for your ongoing prayers and support as we continue the construction of our church building. INDIA Gujrat - We give all glory to the God of our Father for a powerful Graduation Farewell Service held at Rajkot Assembly. Our Provincial Coordinators, Deacon Praymore Sadomba and Deacon Panashe Chiroodza, together with Deaconess Camilla Magirezha and Deaconess Dorothy Nabwire, travelled to Rajkot to minister and strengthen the saints. Through the grace of the God of Ezekiel H. Guti, the Word was shared with boldness and clarity, specifically encouraging the graduates to remain grounded in the Word of God, prayer, and the rich teachings left for us by our Father. The atmosphere was one of inspiration and direction, as the graduates were reminded not to face the next phase of life alone, but with God by their side. The presence of the Coordination team was a great blessing to the assembly, and their visit brought much joy and encouragement to the church. We were blessed with an attendance of 57 members, a clear sign of the hunger and growth in Rajkot Assembly. As a province, we continue to witness the faithfulness of God and remain committed to the vision of our Father. We kindly ask for your continued prayers as we labour here in Gujarat. May the God of our Father continue to lead and guide us RUSSIA Our hearts overflow with gratitude as we continue to see the hand of God during ZAOGA FIFMI History Month. A total of 19 members gathered for the online service as our Pastor Farai Kupamhama continued with the teachings on “The Vision,” encouraging the believers to continue doing good works. Following right after was a powerful service in St Petersburg with our Deacon Rutendo encouraging the church to know who we are in Christ. In Moscow, we continue to receive powerful testimonies from the believers on how the God of Ezekiel is transforming their lives through prayer and the Word. Elder Natasha, referencing the book of remembrance, encouraged the church to put their hope in Jesus Christ. The BOT hosted an entrepreneurship seminar. The event witnessed an encouraging turnout, with approximately 14 attendees, including Elder Pawarikanda, who delivered an insightful lecture on entrepreneurship, covering essential principles for business development. FIF Russia is marching towards the vision. Thank you for your prayers and unwavering support. ZIMBABWE Highfield Mother Province Big Sunday - We thank the Lord God of our father for enabling us to have our provincial Big Sunday on the 18th of May 2025. The Big Sunday was successfully held in the open grounds in Budiriro 1, and the event drew a diverse crowd from the community, with the Residential Counsellor in attendance. The guest speaker, Bishop Mutingwa, delivered an uplifting sermon centred on the Kingdom of God. He emphasized the importance of believers remaining in the Kingdom, preserving the "button stick of faith" and legacy of rightful worship passed down by our father, the legendary Apostle EH Guti. The event's impact was significant, with a total attendance of 3,164. We are thanking God for the 83 souls that came to Christ that day. Water Baptism was conducted soon after the main service, and 73 people were baptized. The program featured inspiring performances by KMD Ministries, Tambourine Ministry, and the choirs, creating a vibrant worship atmosphere. This Provincial Big Sunday event demonstrated the power of faith and the enduring legacy of Apostle E.H. Guti, leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.
