🔔🔔🔔I reviewed the tweets from the well-known channel ابو ثمامة عبد البصير الباجوري, which shares information in Arabic regarding admission to Saudi Arabia. Here are his tweets related to this email (translated into English): 🐤The platform sent an email to most applicants recently asking them to update their files and resubmit their applications. Applicants are required to log in to the platform, go to their personal account, then from the top menu select "My Services" followed by"My Requests" where their application number will appear. If a “Resubmit Application” button appears, they should click it. —————————————————————— 🐤According to the update on the "Study in Saudi" platform, studentswho received the update message are allowed to change their chosen major or university based on the available options. —————————————————————— 🐤Some majors have been permanently removed from the "Study in Saudi" platform, including: - Master's programs in Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) at certain universities. - Programs in institutes designed for non-Arabic speakers to learn Arabic (such as the Arabic Language Institute at King Abdulaziz University). —————————————————————— 🐤For those who received the update message, Please note that if you are requested to resubmit your application, the update should be limited to: - Updating your university and major selections only. As for other personal information: - No additional updates are required if your information is already complete and correct. —————————————————————— 🐤If you have not received any email regarding your application update, there is no need to worry. Your current application does not require any additional updates. —————————————————————— 🐤The difference between receiving the update message and not receiving it: * If you received the update message - You can edit your preferences as well as your personal information and qualifications. - This means you are allowed to changeall key elements in your application. * If you did not receive the update message: - You can only edit your personalinformation and qualifications. - You are not allowed to change your preferences in this case. —————————————————————— 🐤Important Note about the Application Status after Updating: Please be aware that after you complete updating your information, your application status will revert back to "Under Processing." —————————————————————— 🐤Why this email was sent? Because the Ministry's portal is still undergoing updates by adding and removing certain majors.

📣📣📣TODAY, ALL APPLICANTS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS RECEIVED REJECTION STATUSES OUT OF THE BLUE! ⬇️The Study in Saudi platform has changed all applicants status from prior years to rejected. This includes those who were initially accepted but never received their final acceptance (and thus haven't gotten their visas), those who accepted their final acceptance and received visas, and even students who got accepted back then and are currently enrolled and studying in Saudi Arabia! ⚡️For those who have received both their final acceptance and visa, there's no need to worry about this rejection status. It's an automatic update from the platform, not the university itself. Just continue with your process and get your visa. ❗️If you only received an initial acceptance and haven’t gotten any further communication about your final acceptance or visa, here’s what you can do: 1. Reach out to your universities to verify your status. The university might still deem you as accepted though the platform automatically changed it to “rejected”. Applications have simply been removed from the platform while the admission process continues for some applicants. There is a slight chance your acceptance is still valid at the uni. 2. Submit another application in the meantime. One applicant who was accepted at a particular university reached out to them and was advised to submit a new application, prioritizing their university. 📌Note: Reaching out to the university can often be a challenge. If you know a student who can visit the admission department for you, that’s probably the best option. Alternatively, you can write to them. I came across a post from a channel HERE that includes contact details for various universities, which might help! 📌Another note: In previous years, applicants often had to wait from one to three years for their final acceptance while their status remained "accepted." It seems there may be a shift towards processing applications more quickly now. I really feel bad for those who applied 1-2 years ago, received initial acceptance, and were eagerly awaiting final approval... only to be met with this unexpected rejection! الله المستعان

🔥🔥🔥 Hajj is just around the corner, and here's something that not everyone knows: all students in Saudi Arabia receive residency status. This means they can take advantage of domestic Hajj, which is much more affordable than the packages available to foreign pilgrims! ☄️FOR INSTANCE, LAST YEAR, SAUDI ARABIA STUDENTS COULD BUY A HAJJ PERMIT FOR JUST 4,099 RIYALS (ABOUT $1,092). ✏️This year, however, prices have gone up. The minimum package now costs around 8,092 riyals ~$2,157 (the increase in price for the cheapest Hajj package for Saudi residents from 2024 to 2025 is attributed to improvements in infrastructure, enhanced service standards, and a broader range of included services. These upgrades are designed to ensure a more comfortable and safer pilgrimage experience). 📌📌📌So the Hajj package for students starts at SR8,092 ($2,157) for the Al-Diyafah camp in Mina with shared accommodation. The second package is offered at SR10,366 (~$ 2,763) with an upgraded camp providing high-quality service. The third package costs SR13,150 (~$3,505) for the six towers in Mina, located near the Jamarat bridge. The fourth package, Kidana Al-Wadi Towers, is valued at SR12,537 (~$3,342), offering luxurious accommodation in modern towers with advanced facilities and meals. ✔️✔️✔️Don’t forget: the university application period to study in Saudi Arabia is currently open and will continue until June 14. You can find more details about the application process here: https://t.me/notjustmadinah/476

✉️✉️✉️A number of applicants who submitted their applications at the beginning of this application period received an email that says the following: 📝Dear Student, Your study request has been returned to you for further updates. Please review and update the required information and attachments, then submit your application with the available specialization. To proceed, click the "Resubmit Application" link available in your request view. Thank you for your cooperation. Study in Saudi System Support ❗️It's the first time ever such emails have been sent out. I do not know the reason why these emails were sent or whether something is actually missing in the application or just needs to be changed. Some applicants who received this email have already provided all the required information (including the optional documents) and do not even know what exactly needs to be added or changed. 💡I will do my best to find out the reason and keep you updated here on this channel, insha'Allah.
