'On Demand Exam' Provision Students who missed the internal and additional exams can avail the 'On Demand Exam' facility. Please note the following: - Exam fee: ₹500 per subject - Application process: Fill out the application form and submit it along with the exam fee at the Admin Office. - Deadline: Submit your application and payment before 5th March, 2025, without fail. On demand exam date will be informed later.

Parking Instructions for Students. 1. Two-wheelers must be parked in the designated college parking area only. 2. Four-wheelers are strictly prohibited.. 3. Do not park vehicles in the lane of Lalbhai Contractor Stadium. 4. Vehicles parked on the service road will be towed at the owner's risk. The college will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

Regarding Late Submission of Class Assignments Students who fail to submit their class assignments during the regular or additional exam and wish to submit them afterwards will be required to pay a late fee charge of ₹50 per subject. Note that this fee will be applicable for each subject submitted late.

**INTERNAL EXAM INSTRUCTIONS** 1. A renewed iCard is mandatory. 2. Leaving the exam room before the allotted time is not permitted. 3. Reporting time is 15 minutes before the exam at your assigned seating arrangement. Do not wait in the corridor or campus. 4. If your fees are paid and "FP" is mentioned in the seating arrangement, bring a xerox copy of the fee payment receipt. 5. Submit the written assignment as per the given schedule. 6. Electronic devices, reading materials, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited in the exam room. 7. Refer to the latest attendance sheet posted in your group and appear for the exam as per the assigned roll number.

As per VNSGU norms, it is mandatory to appear for the internal or additional exam. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of admission, and students will not be permitted to appear for the VNSGU final exam.
