University of Delhi issues guidelines for Holi Festival 2025

Amid the protest by DUSU President and Joint Secretary over various issues yesterday, Delhi University is planning to shut off DUSU Elections by converting it to a 3-tier election: Students will elect the CR then, CRs will vote & elect the college’s union. Lastly College Union’s members will elect DUSU representatives. This plan will be talked in a meeting with VC today.
