Role: Investor Relations Associate Location: Mumbai Job Description: • Churchgate Partners delivers independent advice and capital markets access (institutional investors and research analysts) to corporate clients interacting with equity markets • Be part of the client delivery team in in designing and implementing investor relations programs to meet their capital market objectives • Interact with the senior management of a company to understand their business model, strategic direction and financial performance • Prepare best in class communication materials (including investor presentations, earnings presentation and press releases), focused on the investment case • Raise the client equity market profile by interacting with research analyst / institutional investors and providing market perception feedback • Organise and participate in non deal roadshows, plant visits and capital markets days • Conduct financial and market analysis including peers earnings trackers, standalone financial model, transcript analysers and summarising broker research • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and contribute to new business origination Candidate Profile: • MBA or minimum of CFA 1 • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience • Strong understanding of finance, accounts, capital markets and financial modelling • Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential • Excellent written and in-person communication skills • Ability to work from home on a full-time basis and travel to a client’s office for meetings or attend roadshows, plant visit and conferences • Salary will be based on academic background and work experience.
