O Muslim, Allah Has Allowed You to Reach Ramadan! So, What Will You Do With This Blessing? Shaykh Muhammad Ramzan Al-Hajiri حفظه الله

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله: The origins of wrongdoing are three: 1. *Arrogance:* It is that which drove Iblees to that which it drove him (i.e. to commit that which Iblees committed). 2. *Desire:* It is that which caused Aadam to be expelled from the Paradise. 3. *Jealousy:* It is that which caused one of the sons of Aadam to transgress against his brother. Therefore, whoever is protected from the evil of these three (traits) then indeed he has been protected from evil. For disbelief is from arrogance; disobedience from desires; and transgression and oppression from jealousy. [al-Fawā’id | 1/58]

لا تملك التقوى حقا حتى تخاف وزن الذنب في الخلوة كما تخافه في العلانية You do not truly possess Taqwa (piety) until you fear the weight of a sin as much in solitude as you would in public. Tumhare paas asal Taqwa tab tak nahi hoti jab tak tum tanhaayi mein gunaah ka bojh utna hi mehsoos na karo jitna logon ke samne mehsoos karte ho.

Be honorable || Sheikh Aziz bin Farhan Al Anizi حفظه الله

Sometimes the heart feels heavy for no clear reason. Maybe it’s carrying too much dunya and not enough dhikr. Ya Allah, grant us hearts that find peace in You. Ameen 🩶

*Raise Your Children on the Love of Fasting* Shaykh Ibn al-‘Uthaymeen رحمه الله said: "The Sahaba would raise their children to fast from a young age, bringing them to the masjid and giving them small woolen toys. If they cried from hunger, they would distract them with the toy—gently teaching them patience and perseverance." 📖 Majalis Shahr Ramadhan, pg. 20
