Example of falsehood is promising a child that he would be given something while one is only lying; like when a mother says to her child: “Come I will give you this”, but when the child goes to her, she gives him nothing Lying to a child opens the door to persistent evil as he would learn this characteristic thereby lying when he speaks and breaks his promises.
