When your heart is uneasy, turn to الله., go do Wudhu, pray 2 nafl , go down for sujood, let down your guard & sob as much as you need to while making duaa. then get up & whisper “wa ufawwidu amree ilallah - & i entrust my affair (& my entire being) to You, o Allah” O Allah”. and know that everything will be okay.
