⚠️ Weather advisory. A low pressure system over the Mozambique channel has been keeping the ITCZ north of Zimbabwe. The good news is that the low is expected to move towards Mozambique and will move across central parts of Zimbabwe from Saturday onwards. While rains are expected for some parts of Zimbabwe from Saturday, the system is expected to reach the central parts of the eastern highlands by Sunday and is expected to bring heavy rains to parts of the eastern highlands as well as other parts of the country.

No rains expected for most parts of Zimbabwe on Thursday, although light showers may be experienced in some parts of the country. The low pressure system over the Mozambique channel is expected to reach Mozambique by Friday, bringing rains from Saturday for parts of the country.
