My work revolves around all what is related to financial auditing and follow up clients and agents out and inside Lebanon Follow up the employees, clients, agents and suppliers daily accounts Follow up on social security corporation, financial, tax, authentication documents, completing internal and governmental administrative Follow up conditions, needs, problems of our employees Follow up the matters of banking and municipal Follow up the public relations with politicians, media, content creators, public figure, civic associations, religious associations, charity associations, all security sectors in and outside Lebanon Follow up on internal and external wholesale and retail sales reports Follow up on manufacturing, laboratories and warehouses Follow up on E-marketing and social media Follow up on development in the expansion area and alternative energy And agriculture in Bader Hassoun Eco Village Training administrative staff and motivating them to develop their performance for success of team work Prepare and coordinate conferences, celebrations and events in the village Participate in developing and update the design of product Follow up the security and safety Out and inside the village and Security cameras And guards Preparing for company owner weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Participating the basic objectives of the company and make sure they worked on it Final review of all promotions and salaries at the end of each year Providing consultation, advice and writing management plans
