في قلب ولاية وسط دارفور، يواصل مشروع البناء المؤسسي خطواته بثبات، لكن هذه المرة بقيادة المجتمعات نفسها. الشركاء المحليون، من منظمات ومبادرات قاعدية، أخذوا زمام المبادرة ونفّذوا أنشطة حيوية لبناء السلام وتعزيزه، بدعم من المشروع وبأفكار انبثقت من احتياجات الواقع. ومن بين هذه المبادرات، برز منتدى الركيزة الديمقراطي، الذي أطلق منتدى تفاعلياً خلال الأسبوع الماضي، حمل رسالة قوية ضد العادات الضارة، وسلّط الضوء على خطورة خطاب الكراهية والفساد المجتمعي والأسري. ليخلق بذلك مساحة مفتوحة للنقاش، نَبض فيها صوت الشباب وارتفعت فيها دعوات لثقافة الحوار الديمقراطي وتكريس قيم التعايش والسلام. In Central Darfur, the Institutional Building Project continues with activities led by local partners. Grassroots organizations are implementing peacebuilding initiatives based on their own proposals and funded by the project. Last week, AL-RAKIZA Democrat Forum, one of the local partners, held an event to raise awareness about the dangers of hate speech and social and family corruption. The forum aimed to combat harmful practices and promote democratic dialogue and a culture of peace among youth. #AWAFY #PeaceBuilding #RestoreLife

Please scroll down for English أخيرًا… انتهى الانتظار! لقد سألتم|ن بشغف عن المشروع الذي اردنا تسليط الضوء عليه، ونحن الآن متحمسون لنشارك معكم|ن رحلته الملهمة التي صنعت السلام وعززت التماسك المجتمعي في قلب وسط دارفور. تخيلوا مجتمعًا اجتمع فيه الشيوخ والشباب، النساء والرجال، من خلفيات وتجارب متنوعة، جلسوا|ن معًا في حلقات حوار، تبادلوا|ن قصص الألم والتعافي، وركضوا جنبًا إلى جنب في ساحات الرياضة، ليس من أجل التنافس، بل من أجل التقارب. هذا هو واقع "مشروع انسجام"، والذي يعني التناغم والتوافق. امتد المشروع على مدى أربعة أشهر (من نوفمبر 2024 إلى فبراير 2025)، وفتح مساحات للحوار العميق والتعافي وبناء الثقة. بإستهداف 220 مستفيد|ة، تجاوز انسجام حدود الكلمات وشكّل واقعًا جديدًا، حيث وُلدت الحلول من داخل المجتمعات نفسها. At last… the wait is over! Many of you have been eagerly asking about the project we are planning to share its story, and now we’re excited to share an inspiring journey that brought peace and social cohesion to the heart of Central Darfur. Imagine a community where elders and youth, women and men, from different backgrounds and experiences, came together, sitting in circles of dialogue, sharing stories of pain and healing, and running side by side in sports fields not to compete, but to connect. This is the reality of “Insijam Project”, which means harmony and alignment. Funded by USAID and CRS, the project unfolded over four months (from November 2024 to February 2025), offering spaces for deep engagement, recovery and trust-building. With 220 direct beneficiaries, Insijam went beyond words to shape a new reality, where solutions were born from within the communities themselves. #AWAFY #Insijam #RestoreLife

مع اختتام حملة "مشروع المساعدات الغذائية غير المشروطة"، نحتفل بنشاطه الاخير، الذي جرى تنفيذه خلال فصل شتاء العام الماضي، جالباً معه الدفء والراحة للعائلات في أصعب شهور السنة. بدلاً من الاغاثة التقليدية، قمنا بتوزيع قسائم غذائية غير مشروطة، مما منح العائلات حرية الاختيار حسب الاحتياج. سواء كان سكر أو زيت طهي أو لحم أو دقيق أو خضروات طازجة، فقد أعادت هذه القسائم لكل عائلة الشعور بالوفرة والكرامة والاختيار. ومن خلال كل مرحلة نفذها المشروع خلال رحلته، لم يقتصر على تقديم الإغاثة فقط، بل مكّن المجتمعات من إعادة بناء حياتها، خطوة بخطوة. As the campaign of the "Unconditional Food Assistance Project" wraps up, we are celebrating the project's final phase during last winter, that brought warmth and relief to families in the toughest months of the year. Instead of traditional aid packages, we distributed unconditional food vouchers, giving families the freedom to choose what they truly needed. Whether it was sugar, cooking oil, meat, flour or fresh vegetables, with each voucher, families restored nourishment, dignity and choice.
