Bí a ó bá pe abuké, kí a pe abuké, àbí èwo ni bọ̀ọ̀dá tí ẹ̀yìn ńdùn? If you must call someone a hunchback, do so, or why refer to him as the man with a backache? [Call a spade a spade; no hypocrisy or doublespeak; talk straight, but with tact.]

Of all the sins of Judas Iscariot. The one I am personally aggrieved by the most. Is that because of his greed. He messed up a beautiful name for us. There was another disciple of Jesus named Judas. Great man! But because of Apostle Iscariot. We no longer remember him by that beautiful name . We now know him as Jude or Thaddeus. Iscariot spoilt that name for him. Judas is a very beautiful name . Judas is a variant of judah. Judas like Judah means "praise". Noble souls bore that name before iscariot; -One of the ancestors of Jesus Christ. -One of the brothers of Jeaus Christ. -A fellow apostle also proudly carried it. Then came Iscariot and he ruined it. Now we cannot name our sons Judas. It no longer serves as a worthy baptismal name . Mr iscariot has cursed that name for generations. There was a time when being a Christian was enough to make someone a treasurer of an organisation. Being a "brother" was a mark of great trust and reliability. But when it came to you , you spoilt that trust and messed up that name . Now when we declare "he is a christian" Men scoff and hiss. Because to them, the name doesn't mean much anymore. And we have you to blame for that. You have forgotten you are an ambassador of the kingdom. You represent something far greater than yourself. And whatever you do reflects badly on the rest of us. When we say "she is a sister" They ask us with shock and dismay - who? Who are you referring to? Because to them, there must be a grave mistake. Your secret was not safe. People were taking notes. In your school. At your place of work. In your community. You have represented us badly. So, now, when we boldly proclaim; "I am a Christian" with our full chest. They recall their personal dealings with people like you, and how you acted "unchristian like" and they redefine what it means to be a christian. Stop messing up the name for us. Stop defiling this sacred name for us. Stop giving all of us a bad name through your actions. You are not the only one who bears that name They called them Christians because they behaved like Christ! I pray you realise the real owner of the name you are tarnishing. It was Mahatma Gandhi who said; "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ." I choose not to call you Judas. I would call you Iscariot. But you've spoilt that name too. Copied.

Ẹni bá da omi síwájú, á tẹ ilẹ̀ tútù. Whoever pours water on the ground ahead of him, is the one who gets to step on a wet ground. [Seek to give first, if you must (or desires to) receive; don't always seek to profit from where you have not sown; nothing comes out of nothing.]

_*REFLECTION*_ Most times, the desired destination of a man is not far and unreachable, only that the connecting steps and people are far apart for smooth voyage. That is why a drop of mercy is valuable in our journey here. Therefore, we must be more conscious of decisions we make and readily make ourselves “compassionate” in our relational attitude to others.

Numbers 14:34-35 (NLT) “‘Because your men explored the land for forty days, you must wander in the wilderness for forty years—a year for each day, suffering the consequences of your sins. Then you will discover what it is like to have me for an enemy.’ I, the LORD, have spoken! I will certainly do these things to every member of the community who has conspired against me. They will be destroyed here in this wilderness, and here they will die!” Oh Lord, you're a ever forgiving God. Please in anyway I have ever courted your wrath, please this day I come in full repentance and ask for forgiveness. Take away that punishment I deserve and let mercy prevail over judgement in Jesus name. Amen.

It'll not be only your debt, but a generational debt

Happy new month of March family. It's our month of Marching into unrestrictable victories and glory in Jesus name. Amen.

_*REFLECTION*_ Absolutely nothing can conquer a life with a cheerful heart. For it does not view life with the goggle of hopelessness, no matter the weather. The patient truth is, you are not down because nothing works in your life. You are down because your heart is so empty of gratitude for what still works in your life.

Psalms 90:13-17 (NLT) O LORD, come back to us! How long will you delay? Take pity on your servants! Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives. Give us gladness in proportion to our former misery! Replace the evil years with good. Let us, your servants, see you work again; let our children see your glory. And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful! Amen.

Numbers 14:10-13, 25-30 (NLT) But the whole community began to talk about stoning Joshua and Caleb. Then the glorious presence of the LORD appeared to all the Israelites at the Tabernacle. And the LORD said to Moses, “How long will these people treat me with contempt? Will they never believe me, even after all the miraculous signs I have done among them? I will disown them and destroy them with a plague. Then I will make you into a nation greater and mightier than they are!” But Moses objected. “What will the Egyptians think when they hear about it?” he asked the LORD . “They know full well the power you displayed in rescuing your people from Egypt. Now turn around, and don’t go on toward the land where the Amalekites and Canaanites live. Tomorrow you must set out for the wilderness in the direction of the Red Sea. ” Then the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “How long must I put up with this wicked community and its complaints about me? Yes, I have heard the complaints the Israelites are making against me. Now tell them this: ‘As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you the very things I heard you say. You will all drop dead in this wilderness! Because you complained against me, every one of you who is twenty years old or older and was included in the registration will die. You will not enter and occupy the land I swore to give you. The only exceptions will be Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun. Confession means possession. Despite the fact God has given it you in the spiritual realm, but it's yet to manifest, your confession invariably determines what you'll get. Tell yourself right now, "My future is very bright".
