What a great evening at the first session of our Mindfulness Mandala Class yesterday. Everyone starts with believing it's difficult until they practice techniques. This is why we supply "practice pucks." Next session will be putting the techniques learned into practice. We can't wait to show you those when they're done!

Today we received our new tri-fold leaflets! These leaflets now include both Taff Rocks and Smyrna, Aberfan information. Over time, we may tweak these to suit our growing needs and prepare them for the next print run.
