🙂At Bethany, we perform a number of fertility surgeries. Here are some of the minor surgeries we perform and what they correct: 1. *Perineal Repairs* – Fixes tears or injuries in the perineal area (between the vagina and anus), often after childbirth. 2. *Cervical Polypectomy* – Removal of small growths (polyps) on the cervix that can cause abnormal bleeding or affect fertility. 3. *Marsupialization* – A small surgery to drain and permanently open cysts in the vaginal area. 4. *Cervical Cerclages* – A stitch is placed around the cervix to prevent miscarriage or preterm labor.
