This was disclosed by the Focal Officer and Head of the SERVICOM Unit-FUL, Mr. Abdulhakeem Abdulrauf Ajao, following the response received by the University after the Agency's evaluation of the draft copy of the reviewed Service Charter sent to its head office earlier in February. In the letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi and signed by Mrs. Ngozi Akinbodewa on behalf of the National Coordinator/CEO SERVICOM, the Federal Agency, whose mandate is to promote effective and efficient service delivery in MDAs to ensure customer satisfaction, appreciated the efforts taken to prepare the vital document. "The Charter has been evaluated and found suitable. It should be produced for stakeholders of the University," the statement added. The SERVICOM Office Presidency further expressed its readiness to continuously partner with Federal University Lokoja and its SERVICOM Unit to ensure improved service delivery to citizens.
