Day 5- Staying Focused ⌛ How to handle distractions in a productive way? * Keep a notebook always open. * When distracted, write it down - ex: Order groceries. * Review the list after your focused session. * Avoid looking into it during work.

Day 4- Staying Focused ☘️ How to do single task like a Pro? ☘️ - Before you begin write down all lingering tasks/to-dos on paper. - But write your ONE goal on a sticky note. - Example: Finish report by 11 AM. - Next close all tabs/apps not related to that task - Keep a distraction price tag -> If I check Instagram now, I owe myself 10 push-ups. - Time box it saying - I will work on only this for 25 mins, then decide if I continue.
