The Barh police arrested Roma Kumari (32), a BPSC teacher, for burning her 12-year-old son Shreyansh to death. The Murder allegedly committed with her BF, Nirmal Paswan. The incident occurred on June 14 when the boy objected to his mother's extramarital relationship with the school principal Nirmal Paswan in Rohtas. Roma's estranged husband Pramod Gupta knew about the affair but couldn't do anything as law doesn't support men in such conditions.

I just have one question. If the Ladli Behna Yojana is meant to empower poor women, then why is there no Ladla Bhai Yojana to empower poor men? If taxpayers’ money is being spent to empower them, then why only women? Why not men too?
