*AKD Daily Technical - May 27, 2025* *KSE-100: Closes below 10-SMA* Market View — Technical The index began the session on a positive note but remained largely under pressure throughout the day. It reached an intraday high of 188 points and a low of 952 points, eventually ending the day with a significant loss of 882 points, closing at 118,221. Trading momentum strengthened, with volume spiking by 251% compared to the previous session. Over the past 10 sessions, the index has seen only 2 positive closings versus 8 negative ones, resulting in a net of 6 negative closings. The Index closed 35.5% below the upper Bollinger Band, while the bands themselves are 113.80% wider than usual indicating a phase of heightened volatility relative to its typical range. The current chart formation depicts that the immediate support lies at 118,000. If this level is breached, the index may fall further toward 117,500 and 116,800. On the flip side, resistance is expected around 119,500, with further potential targets at 120,200 and 120,800.
