The organization isย affiliated to the World-Wide ADRA Network which operates in over 118 Countries. ย ADRA Zambiaโs core sectors or focus areas are; Sustainable Livelihoods, Education, Health, Environment, and Emergency Response. Participatory human rights-based approaches are used in ADRAโs programming and operations.ย Cross-cutting issues mainstreamed into the core sectors are: gender equity and social inclusion, child protection, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), disability and Environmental Protection.
