[HIRING: SHE Officer / Inspector] 📍 Work Placement: Supreme Energy Muara Laboh, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Public Health - Certified in AK3U, with 3–7 years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven leadership skills with strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities Job Description: - Implement and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. - Coordinate the implementation of SHE programs, campaigns, and initiatives across geothermal sites. - Conduct and update risk assessments (HIRA) and hazard identification processes for geothermal operations. - Assist in the development of SHE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans (ERP). - Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near misses. - Coordinate root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify SHE risks and ensure compliance. - Identify SHE training needs and coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors. - Collect, analyze, and report SHE performance indicators, including Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR), near misses, and environmental performance metrics. - Prepare and submit periodic SHE performance reports to management. - Ensure contractor compliance with SHE requirements through audits, inspections, and performance reviews. - Assist in developing, updating, and testing Emergency Response Plans (ERP). - Participate in emergency drills and ensure employee preparedness for emergencies. 📧 How to Apply: Send your CV to [email protected], cc [email protected], with the subject line: “SHE Officer - SEML - Your Name” Or kindly submit your profile to https://id.jobstreet.com/id/job/84179257?ref=direct-share-hirer-jobs-list Thank you, we look (ini untuk 3 rd party ya)🤝🤝🤝
