The day, as it appeared, was bright, as they say. But the day, as observed by the dweller, was partly bright and partly dark. What do we tell the whole world that expects better news from us? Only for us to crawl and faintly shout, "Success might be, or not, certain." Jaws get dropped, dismay appears. To whom it may concern, as confusing as this may be, the message is to be received, and its effects realized. The day is coming to an end. The sun will soon go to bed. Only for the dweller to start the incoming day afresh.

🔊🔊🔊 It's another episode of #NoSleep4DWicked#. To my fellow wicked people who are online by this time of the night, how is life treating you? How are you faring? Have you heard this song? "Some have eyes but cannot sleep. Some can sleep but have no eyes. You have eyes but you can't sleep. What on earth is wrong with you?"😂 Some of us are awake because of our jobs, some due to academics, some due to heat, some due to insomnia, some due to pressing issues, and all. We will all be fine. Too much of everything isn't good. This means that to those of you who are sleeping too much, excessive sleep isn't good; to those of us who are awake too much, sleeplessness isn't ideal either. What's bad is bad.🚩🚩🚩 To those of you who are sleeping, wake up! You've had enough sleep. Go study, go work out, go pray – just do something. Meanwhile, those of us who are yet to sleep should get some rest, we deserve a sound sleep. (Yawns) Guess who's about to sleep?

That healthy or unhealthy method that you use to manage stress and anxiety, and deal with trauma or other difficult emotions, is called a Coping Mechanism. 🗣️"Getting drunk is my own Coping mechanism." 🗣️"Keeping to myself is my own Coping mechanism." 🗣️"Shouting at people or causing trouble is my own Coping mechanism." If you belong to this category, then your Coping mechanism is Unhealthy.❌❌ 🗣️"Jogging or running around is my Coping mechanism." 🗣️"Talking to someone is my Coping mechanism." 🗣️"Playing games, dancing, or listening to music is my Coping mechanism." Moving on to the last but not the least on my list is: 🗣️"Sleeping is my Coping mechanism." 🙌😂I salute the people in this Sleep category. If you belong to this category, then your Coping mechanism is Healthy.✅ Coping mechanisms can help people navigate challenging situations, but they may not address the underlying issues. To those of you who practice Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms, I need you to know that this mechanism of yours can even perpetuate your problems. I won't end this talk without talking to you about my Coping mechanism. You guys call it "Eating", but I call it "Emotional Eating". I use food to regulate my emotions, rather than to satisfy physical hunger. You wanna know why? 1. Eating provides me a temporary distraction from stress and anxiety. 2. There are some foods that I eat that evoke feelings of comfort, nostalgia, and relaxation. 3. I use food to improve my mood or reduce feelings of sadness or anxiety. Of course, there are negative consequences: 1. Unhealthy eating habits. 2. Weight gain or obesity. 3. The underlying emotional issue remains unaddressed. Above all, guys, my Coping mechanism is partly healthy – it's a win for me still😂. Bye!💜

My dear followers, I might shake some tables today. Wish me luck. "We all complain about corrupt, unaccountable leaders. Yet, our present 'MINI FUTURE LEADERS' are emulating the same behavior, only worse. If you can't lead by example, why seek power? Why take a position you can't live up to? Most of you are just there for prestige, offering nothing substantial – mere decorations. You're still intoxicated by the power, as if it's divine. I won't mention names, but to those this message concerns, know that YOU CAN DO BETTER. Remember, you'll be relinquishing that seat soon; it's not your birthright. Stop acting like lords."

Not like I've been lazy these days, I just don't know what's wrong. Nigeria happened, and it's been a lot on me. I owe you guys an apology, still - I'm sorry, guys. 🙏😓 So, tonight on episode #NoSleep4DWicked#, I don't know what to talk to you guys about. 📌 I just need you guys to be your brother's keeper or sister's keeper - whichever way you want me to call it. 📍 Check on that friend of yours today, check on your parents, check on your siblings, check on your mentor and mentee, check on your customers, check on your business partners, and check on everyone who holds one or two noteworthy positions in your life. Have you ever regretted not having the time to value someone while they were around you - probably before they traveled far away and you lost contact, or before they died? 🤔 Not everyone will or can check on you; don't just assume they're fine. Since you've decided not to be your brother's and sister's keeper, looks like I'll have to find my way into that phone of yours to send that text or make that call.🌚😒 What's wrong with you? Why do you find it so hard to let go of misunderstanding. Don't let malice consume you. "I don't want to text first, I don't want to call first, my steeze will reduce if I do that". Blah blah blah, Steeze this, composure that, just as if it has always been complete.😂 I know you, I know your type, I know your breed, set that pride aside, be the bigger person in the picture and take the initiative (did you just say No?, you won't dare). I'm talking about three things: 📌 1. Setting your pride aside 2. Letting go of grudges 3. Reaching out to those who matter. Be a good boy, girl, lady, guy, woman, man, son, daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, classmate, teacher, husband, wife, fiance, fiancée, boyfriend, girlfriend, friend and all. Let go of all Negativity, embrace the positivity for a brighter future.🤍 I have to go now. Runs away in Sleep.🏃🥱
