*Renewal of Registration (RoR) (2025 Version) Procedure for Registered Pharmacists in Telangana Pharmacy Council (TGPC).* Renewal of the Registration (RoR) of your Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC) with the Telangana Pharmacy Council (TGPC) is crucial for practising in the State of Telangana and maintaining professional status. There have been many queries from fellow Registered Pharmacists regarding the Renewal of Registration (RoR) of a Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC). To streamline this process and ensure clarity for all the Registered Pharmacists and fellow applicants, here is a quick reference guide that may help you: *1. Eligibility Criteria:* 1.1 You must hold a valid Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC) issued by the TGPC (Telangana Pharmacy Council). 1.2 Your registration must not have expired beyond the grace period mentioned on the Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC) issued by the TGPC. *2. Timelines:* 2.1 The Renewal of Registration (RoR) application should be initiated well before the expiry date of your current Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC). 2.2 The TGPC also provides a grace period for renewal after the expiry date. 2.3 However, it's advisable to apply for the Renewal of Registration (RoR) before the expiration to avoid any disruptions in your practice. *3. Required Documents/ Checklist:* 3.1 A list of all the mandatory documents/Checklists for Renewal of Registration (RoR) is specified on the official website of the Telangana Pharmacy Council (TGPC). *4. Application Process:* 4.1 Login and fill in all the basic information of the applicant. 4.2 Upload all the necessary documents as mentioned on the website. 4.3 Complete the online application form accurately, ensuring all required information is provided. 4.4 From January 2024, Renewal of Registration (RoR) applicants NEED NOT book the slot and NEED NOT visit the TGPC for physical verification, the soft copy of the renewed Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC) will be sent through email to the applicant. *5. Processing Time:* 5.1 The TGPC aims to process renewal applications promptly. However, it's advisable to submit your application well in advance to allow for any unforeseen delays. *6. Objections/ Rejections:* 6.1 Objections/ Rejections of the applications are communicated through email to the applicant. 6.2 Applicants must verify the objection/ rejection messages and re-upload the requested documents/ procedures advised by the TGPC to process the renewal requests. *7. Confirmation of Renewal:* 7.1 Upon successful processing of your renewal application, you will receive a renewed Registered Pharmacist Certificate from the TGPC through email. (email you've mentioned during the application) 7.2 Ensure that you retain this certificate in a safe and accessible place for future reference. 7.3 You must accompany your renewed certificate with the Original Registered Pharmacist Certificate (RPC) wherever necessary. *8.
