महोदय, सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं एक प्रशिक्षित और पंजीकृत Special Educator हूं। Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) द्वारा प्रस्तावित “Certificate Programme in Inclusive Practices (CPIP)” के बारे में जानकर मैं गहरी चिंता और आपत्ति प्रकट करता हूं। यह कोर्स यदि रेगुलर स्कूल टीचर्स को 6 महीने की ट्रेनिंग देकर “Inclusive Teacher” के रूप में CRR में पंजीकृत करने की अनुमति देता है, तो इससे Special Educators के कार्यक्षेत्र, पहचान और रोजगार के अवसरों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ेगा। मेरे प्रमुख बिंदु निम्नलिखित हैं: 1. जो शिक्षक पहले से स्कूलों में कार्यरत हैं, उन्हें CPIP कराकर Inclusive Teacher बना देने से सरकारें भविष्य में विशेष शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति नहीं करेंगी। 2. इससे वर्षों की मेहनत से D.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed. करने वाले हज़ारों Special Educators का भविष्य अंधकारमय हो जाएगा। 3. यह Special Education की गुणवत्ता और गंभीरता को भी कमजोर करेगा। अतः मेरा आपसे विनम्र आग्रह है कि CPIP जैसे कोर्स को लागू न किया जाए। हमें विश्वास है कि RCI विशेष शिक्षा के हितों की रक्षा करेगा और प्रशिक्षित Special Educators की गरिमा बनाए रखेगा। सादर, नाम- CRR संख्या- शहर/राज्य- मोबाइल नंबर-
