For several years, JLMP has supported Botswana, Cameroon, Kenya, Malawi & Uganda to establish Labour Market Information Systems (LMIS). Now at advanced stages, MSs are meeting in 🇧🇼 for peer learning to improve knowledge on methodologies. The learning aims to enhance understanding and utilization of Labour Market Information (LMI) through a network of peer learners sharing experiences and best practices, facilitate country experience sharing, improve knowledge and skills on LMI data and methodologies, and develop skills in accessing, interpreting, and using LMI for career guidance, training design, and policy development.
