*They almost didn’t make it. But they did - thanks to the power of the BTF community* 🌍 Just one month ago, Türkiye’s national champions and European runners-up—the young TUNGA Robotics Team from Samsun—were at risk of missing the VEX IQ World Championship in the U.S. due to lack of funding. But their coach, Mertkan, didn’t give up. He reached out to BTF, and together, we got them to Dallas. ❄️ It’s a freezing 25°F (-4°C) in Kars, Türkiye today, but in the village of Kekeç, a classroom full of children is heading home with warm smiles—and even warmer coats and boots! Thanks to BTF supporters, elementary school teacher Ümmühan's students no longer have to brave the cold in worn-out shoes or thin layers.
