This is a teaching moment. You can show funds of N50m and still get your visa application refused and you will be like 😢🤔 The reason is that just showing funds is not enough See the attached GCMS notes. Money dey... But what was the source of the funds? Nobody said What about the lump sum deposits. No explanation for it No income tax submitted What about relationship with the sponsor- absent You can go to bed thinking " that my application was strong" But without addressing these sorts of issues...am afraid it is likely going to be refused Finances is one of the most common reasons for visa refusals Address it!! I did a webinar a while ago primarily on this I will look for the link and put it here so you can check it out All the best and lovely weekend

Hey guys, just some clarity about the forthcoming Home Care Worker Pilot. The previous caregiver pilot was a 5-year program that ended in June 2024. That particular pilot was divided into two categories, which are: 1. Home Child Care Provider and 2. Home Support Worker. It was further divided into: 1. Gaining experience and 2. Direct to PR You can read more about this on the Canada website.. The new pilot is opening on March 31st and is now called HOME CARE WORKER pilot. This means they have merged both the Childcare, Elderly care and Home support together under the same name. The minister had hinted that it was going to be PR on arrival pathway. More details are expected in the coming days or on that same March 31st. Meanwhile, during the announced hint, some of the criteria were highlighted, which *may* or *may not* change when the full program is rolled out. So far, from what we know, you need: 1. English test result equivalent to CLB 4. This could be from IELTS or CELPIP, etc 2. An equivalent of Canadian high school. This is where WES evaluation comes in. 3. Have a recent and relevant experience. Usually, it has to be 6 months experience gained within the last 3 years and must be proven with relevant documents such as Reference letter, Paystuds, Bank statement, Tax records or even Business documents. A strong notarised Letter Of Explanation can come in where any or some of these documents are not available. 4. Have a full-time job offer in Canada as a home care worker. This offer can come from an individual family or care organization in Canada. You can apply for this pilot with your family. Just a tip. You can download the *IMM5669 Schedule A, Background Form* from the Canada website and test-fill it. The information you fill *MUST* be consistent with anything you have a filled in any previous applications. Another important form to study is the *IMM 5406* Keep an eye on this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/caregivers.html Cheers
