What do you do when you get tired while working? Do you just lie down on your bed and scroll social media? Let me tell you what I do. I take a sip of water and allow myself to sit for a few minutes then tell myself, “I am not tired. I am just bored.” And that’s exactly what the reality is 99% of the times. You won’t get tired while watching a bar dancer all night. But you will get tired while watching charts for even 30 minutes. You are bored, not tired.
