We all feel pain sometimes, and pleasure makes that go away — for a brief moment. But the long-term effects this has on us are not worth it. I'm about to get scientific with it, but bear with me. There are certain chemicals called neurotransmitters our body releases to make us feel pleasure, like dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. When we engage in healthy pleasure-inducing activities, everything goes smoothly. But when we engage in activities that are EXTREMELY pleasure-inducing, our body releases so many of these neurotransmitters that we eventually build a tolerance against them. This means we can no longer find the same pleasure from doing healthy pleasure-inducing activities, like spending time with family and friends, or studying and getting good grades. This is why indulging in addiction makes the addict feel so depressed all the time. The bright side is, you CAN heal from this. It can take days or weeks depending on the severity of the addiction and how long it's been going on. It's in your hands to make the choice. Endure the pain temporarily, or relieve it by drowning in pleasure that you know is messing you up.

We are witnessing is not only a genocide but a media war. Imagine not carrying about children being burned to ashes? If they were white colored Christians or jews the world would be fuming.
