Here’s how you can help us support positive behaviour: 🌟 Reinforce our school values at home: Talk to your child about what it means to: • Be safe • Be respectful • Communicate appropriately • Be in the right place at the right time • Try your best with a smile • Follow instructions first time, every time 👏 Celebrate the positives: Every week, we hold ‘Always Assemblies’ to recognise children who consistently keep their Always Promises. You can ask your child about the Always Badges and celebrate their efforts at home too! 🗣️ Use the same language: If your child receives a behaviour warning, staff will use a clear script to help them reflect and make better choices. You can support by encouraging them to pause, reflect, and reset in the same way. 🛠️ Reflect and repair: If things go wrong, children are supported to reflect on their choices and think about how to put things right. Your encouragement and calm conversations at home can really help them take responsibility. 🤝 Work with us: Some children need a bit of extra help. In these cases, we may use tailored plans and home/school agreements. Regular communication and shared praise between home and school makes a huge difference.
