Aadhaar is not mandatory for Right to Education.( _K S Puttaswamy v Union of India [2018] 8 S.C.R. p.400)_

In a recent incident in Dindigul, Tamilnadu, 29 Bangladeshi workers were found to have submitted "fake" Aadhaar cards for obtaining a job. Police is investigating about it. And District Revenue officers were instructed to collect list of inter-state migrant workers, working in such businesses. Unless and until the cards were identified to be forged, I don't think that any offence is committed by those foreign workers. Because, workers submit the documents required by the employer. It is the employer, who misbelieved that Aadhaar card as a proof of nationality. Section 9, of Aadhaar Act, 2016, explicitly declares that an Aadhaar card is not a proof of citizenship. it is mere proof of residence. Yet, due to the mass belief in false information, even government officials have become ignorant about this basic provision of law. It shows lethargy and lack of application of mind in their duty. Anyone, who is a resident of India for a specific duration, can legally obtain Aadhaar card. Even, Supreme Court had clarified the same in K S Puttaswamy v. Union of India (2018) 8 S.C.R. . So, the Aadhaar cards, which were submitted by these migrant workers, may not necessarily be fake. Mass belief in false information is also leading to breach of national security. Imagine a Jawan in the border starts believing that Aadhaar is a proof of Indian nationality. People from most of our neighbouring nation would be flooding into our borders, just by applying for Aadhaar number. So, proper awareness about Aadhaar card and its usage and security issues must be instilled in the syllabus of school education and in trainings of Government officials and awareness camps to small and medium businesses.

All I want is, to get rid of this symbol _*_ near the word "Aadhaar" from all the Application forms. That's it! But, it is not that easy as it sounds.

#UPSC candidates, Aadhaar is *NOT* mandatory for registration till date. But, it might change, if parents don't fight against it.

New UPSC Portal. Aadhaar number is NOT mandatory. Alternate documents can be used. Dont share Aadhaar number, where it is not mandatory. It will lead to police state through e-governance.🤫 https://upsconline.nic.in/register-profile

Rich people pay for their needs in cash, because they value their privacy. And the poor pay in rights. Imagine a person growing out from poverty into working middle class. What does he first do with his money? 1. Buy food and cloth. Rent a house. What does he do when he grows out of middle class to your middle class? 1. Buy quality food and quality clothes and buy own small house. What happens When he gets richer? 1. Buys quality food and quality clothes. 2. Buy a bigger house and buy land. What happens when he gets much more richer? 1. Buys quality food and quality clothes 2. Buy more land. 3. Invest in producing from the land. So, getting rich is too enlarge ones freedom in his life by buying more private space and private resources. This freedom is the end goal and money is the means to achieve it. You buy privacy, then you buy your freedom. So being rich gives more freedom with more things private. And hence freedom is considered to be a luxury. Therefore, in the pursuit of getting rich, you are only seeking more and more privacy, which poor people can't afford. Now that i have established that less privacy means poor and More privacy means richer. Now, a poor person seeks support from the state for his development. What does the state demand in return from him? It's his fundamental rights, either it is his right to dignified life or right to equality right to free thought and expression, right to move freely, etc. When the judiciary decides if the state has not exceeded reasonable restriction upon their fundamental rights, it finds it okay for a person to surrender part of his fundamental right, in exchange for recieving support from state, thus justifying encroachment of state into a person's rights. So, I'm convinced that a poor cannot expect freedom, once he seeks support from state. *PRIVACY IS THE SOURCE OF FREEDOM.* Once he has enough to satisfy his basic needs of food, cloth and shelter, he must give up the support of state, if he truly wishes to gain freedom. After all, freedom is advantage of being born in an independent nation. Starting from the French revolution in1789, individual freedom is the goal, every free nation aspires to support. While supporting for basic needs helps a citizen to stand on his own legs, he must unleash himself from the clutches of the government and run freely towards his goal of gaining freedom through getting rich. The Government loves keeping more people dependent on it, so that it can enjoy supremacy over the life of most of its citizens. So, it is not in its interest to let it citizen reach his goal of freedom. It is left to the option of the citizen to unshackle the chains of the government and attain prosperity in his life. It is a continuous conflict between interest of state and interest of freedom seeking citizens. Now, I leave you with a question yo ponder. *Have you freed yourself?*

"he steals. so it's ok for me to steal." "everyone is doing. so i am also doing". "who is not stealing? why shouldnt i steal?" These are the thoughts which are keeping us, Indians, poor. people cheated Ration. People cheated LPG gas. They used these arguments to justify their acts. So, Government brought Aadhaar scheme. It took everyone's fingerprints, treating them like are one of those criminals and suspects watched under erstwhile Criminal Tribes Act. whenever UIDAI says that we have 100 crore Aadhaar holders, I have to infer that UIDAI is saying that India has 100 crore suspects, who may cheat in transactions, like getting mobile phones, getting bank loans, etc.. we have even added our children to this list of suspects for cheating acts such as, wrongfully getting scholarship, getting community certificates, etc.. Proud Indians work hard, earn money and pay huge income tax and help Indians to get out of poverty. We dont steal. We, the working class of India, must Boycott Aadhaar, in order to proudly shout out to the entire world that "we are not suspects and we dont cheat". https://www.chennaifirst.in/2015/04/04/regai-recounts-kallars-fight-against-draconian-act-during-the-colonial-era/
