This significant event is celebrated by Muslims around the world, marking the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting. *The Significance of Eid* Eid is a time for: - *Reflection and gratitude*: Muslims reflect on their blessings and express gratitude for the strength and guidance to fast during Ramadan. - *Family and community*: Eid is a time for bonding with loved ones, sharing meals, and strengthening community ties. - *Charity and kindness*: Muslims are encouraged to give to those in need, spreading joy and happiness. *Eid Traditions* - *Prayers and gatherings*: Muslims gather for special prayers and congregations, often in mosques or outdoor spaces. - *Food and feasting*: Traditional dishes and sweet treats are shared with family and friends. - *Gift-giving*: Children and loved ones are showered with gifts and affection. *MAF's Message* At MAF, we recognize the importance of mental health and well-being, especially during significant events like Eid.
