Position Title: Admissions and Clients Specialist Location: Buea and Yaoundé, Cameroon (Partially Remote/Onsite) Start Date: 03/03/2025 Overview: The Foundation for Inclusive Swimming is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Admissions and Clients Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our outreach efforts, engaging with potential clients, and facilitating the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for inclusivity in swimming, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outreach and Engagement: - Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels, including calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. - Create engaging content to promote our programs and respond to inquiries across all platforms. 2. Appointment Scheduling: - Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients to discuss program offerings and enrollment procedures. 3. Content Creation: - Develop and post content on social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement. - Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner to build rapport with potential clients. 4. Enrollment Management: - Facilitate the enrollment process for clients and assist with any related inquiries. 5. Performance Tracking: - Monitor and report on outreach metrics and engagement levels. - Analyze performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve outreach efforts. Qualifications: - Holder of at least à Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or other related fields - Proven experience in admissions, client relations, or a similar role is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Requirements: - A reliable internet connection, a smartphone, and a laptop are essential. - Proficient in using Google Docs and the Microsoft Office Suite; skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a plus. - Good mastery of the Meta Business Suite and the WhatsApp Business app. Skills: - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Creative mindset for content creation and engagement strategies. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
