Come with us to find out.  We went to the Biffa Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) plant in Edmonton which processes a massive 295,000 tonnes of recycling every year!  Our teams and partners are working hard to making Islington greener and healthier, by recycling your waste.   💪 Do your bit. Planning approval secured! We’re proud to share that planning permission has been granted for 54 high-quality new homes at Bemerton Estate South - 23 for social rent, 4 for shared ownership and the rest will be for market sale to pay for the affordable homes. This design-led development will deliver: 🏠 Energy efficient homes with reduced utility bills 🏠 A new children’s play area 🏠 Improved open spaces and landscaping within the development area 🏠 Flexible commercial space, with some units ringfenced for local community groups and others supporting the growth of the Cally local economy This new development brings us a step closer to our vision of a more equal Islington, where everyone has a safe, decent and genuinely affordable place to call home.
