Call for Applications Digital Talent Program (DTP) is a training program initiated by IHS Rwanda Limited in partnership with the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT) and Rwanda ICT Chamber to cultivate a digitally adept workforce capable of navigating the evolving job market. The program will offer structured, multi-level training that caters to different skills sets, ensuring that participants get both technical prowess and essential soft skills. This initiative empowers learners across a broad range of fields, including but not limited to Digital Innovation, Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity and more. DTP aims to bridge this skills gap by equipping 20,000 nationwide youth, in the next two years, with the technical expertise needed to compete in an increasingly digital global marketplace. *COMMUNIQUÉ* Today, 21.02.2025, the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB) received 5 Lecturers from Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC) who will work as volunteers for a period of two (2) years in teaching and learning, community oriented research, and developmental projects in the domains of Geography, Environmental Management, Accounting and Finance, Computer and Information Engeneering and Agriculture Engeneering among others. UTAB is greatful for all kind of efforts invested by NTAC, Rwanda Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Rwanda High Commission in Nigeria, and Nigerian High Commission in Rwanda to make this journey successful.
