केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने नवीन शिक्षण धोरणाला मान्यता दिली दहावी बोर्ड संपला, एमफिल देखील बंद राहणार आज केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने भारत सरकारच्या शिक्षण मंत्रालयाने प्रस्तावित केलेल्या नवीन शिक्षण धोरण २०२० ला मान्यता दिली. केंद्र सरकारच्या मंत्रिमंडळाच्या मंजुरीनंतर ३६ वर्षांनंतर देशात नवीन शिक्षण धोरण लागू करण्यात आले आहे. केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने नवीन शिक्षण धोरण २०२० ला हिरवा कंदील दाखवला आहे. ३४ वर्षांनंतर शिक्षण धोरणात बदल करण्यात आला आहे. नवीन शिक्षण धोरणाचे मुख्य मुद्दे खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत: शिक्षण रचना (५+३+३+४ सूत्र) ५ वर्षे - पायाभूत शिक्षण १. नर्सरी @ ४ वर्षे २. कनिष्ठ केजी @ ५ वर्षे ३. वरिष्ठ केजी @ ६ वर्षे ४. वर्ग १ @ ७ वर्षे ५. वर्ग २ @ ८ वर्षे ३ वर्षे - पूर्वतयारी शिक्षण ६. वर्ग ३ @ ९ वर्षे ७. वर्ग ४ @ १० वर्षे ८. वर्ग ५ @ ११ वर्षे ३ वर्षे - माध्यमिक शिक्षण ९. वर्ग ६ @ १२ वर्षे १०. वर्ग ७ @ १३ वर्षे ११. वर्ग ८ @ १४ वर्षे ४ वर्षे - उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण १२. वर्ग ९ @ १५ वर्षे १३. वर्ग १० (एसएससी) @ १६ वर्षे १४. वर्ग ११ (एफवायजेसी) @ १७ वर्षे १५. इयत्ता १२ वी (SYJC) @ १८ वर्षे विशेष वैशिष्ट्ये: ✅ आता फक्त १२ वी मध्ये बोर्ड परीक्षा असेल. ✅ १० वी ची बोर्ड परीक्षा अनिवार्य राहणार नाही. ✅ एमफिल रद्द करण्यात येईल. ✅ महाविद्यालयीन पदवी ४ वर्षांची असेल. ✅ आता ५ वी पर्यंतचा अभ्यास मातृभाषा, स्थानिक भाषा आणि राष्ट्रीय भाषेत असेल. इंग्रजी फक्त एक विषय म्हणून शिकवले जाईल. ✅ ९ वी ते १२ वी पर्यंत सेमिस्टर पद्धत लागू केली जाईल. ✅ महाविद्यालयीन पदवी आता ३ किंवा ४ वर्षांची असेल. १ वर्षानंतर प्रमाणपत्र २ वर्षानंतर डिप्लोमा ३ वर्षानंतर पदवी ४ वर्षांची पदवी करणारे विद्यार्थी १ वर्षात थेट एमए करू शकतील. ✅ एमए करणारे विद्यार्थी आता थेट पीएचडी करू शकतील. ✅ जर एखाद्या विद्यार्थ्याला अभ्यासक्रमाच्या मध्यभागी दुसरा अभ्यासक्रम करायचा असेल, तर त्याला काही काळ विश्रांती घेऊन ते करण्याची परवानगी दिली जाईल. ✅ २०३५ पर्यंत उच्च शिक्षणात प्रवेश दर (GER) ५०% पर्यंत वाढवण्याचे लक्ष्य. ✅ उच्च शिक्षणात अनेक सुधारणा केल्या जातील, ज्यामध्ये शैक्षणिक, प्रशासकीय आणि आर्थिक स्वायत्तता समाविष्ट असेल. ✅ प्रादेशिक भाषांमध्ये ई-कोर्सेस सुरू केले जातील. ✅ व्हर्च्युअल लॅब विकसित केल्या जातील. ✅ राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक तंत्रज्ञान मंच (NETF) स्थापन केला जाईल. ✅ देशभरातील सरकारी, खाजगी आणि मानलेल्या संस्थांसाठी एकसमान नियम लागू असतील. The Union Cabinet has given the green signal to the New Education Policy 2020. The education policy has been changed after 34 years. The main points of the new education policy are as follows: Education Structure (5+3+3+4 Formula) 5 years - Foundational Education 1. Nursery @ 4 years 2. Junior KG @ 5 years 3. Senior KG @ 6 years 4. Class 1 @ 7 years 5. Class 2 @ 8 years 3 years - Preparatory Education 6. Class 3 @ 9 years 7. Class 4 @ 10 years 8. Class 5 @ 11 years 3 years - Secondary Education 9. Class 6 @ 12 years 10. Class 7 @ 13 years 11. Class 8 @ 14 years 4 years - Higher Secondary Education 12. Class 9 @ 15 years 13. Class 10 (SSC) @ 16 years 14. Class 11 (FYJC) @ 17 years 15. Class 12 (SYJC) @ 18 years Special Features: ✅ Now there will be board exam only in class 12th. ✅ 10th board exam will not be compulsory. ✅ MPhil will be abolished. ✅ College degree will be of 4 years. ✅ Now studies till 5th will be in mother tongue, local language and national language. English will be taught only as a subject. ✅ Semester system will be implemented from 9th to 12th. ✅ College degree will now be of 3 or 4 years. Certificate after 1 year Diploma after 2 years Degree after 3 years Students doing 4-year degree will be able to do MA directly in 1 year. ✅ Students doing MA will now be able to do PhD directly. ✅ If a student wants to do another course in the middle of a course, he will be allowed to do so by taking a break for some time. ✅ Target to increase the entry rate (GER) in higher education to 50% by 2035. ✅ Many reforms will be made in higher education, which will include academic, administrative and financial autonomy. ✅ E-courses will be started in regional languages. ✅ Virtual labs will be developed. ✅ National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) will be established. ✅ Uniform rules will be applicable for government, private and deemed institutions across the country.
