Clean hands save lives!🧴💧 Did you know? 20 seconds of handwashing can stop germs in their tracks!✅ Take steps to protect yourself and others from getting sick by: 🧼Washing your hands often with soap and water. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available. 🦠Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way. 🧼Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and objects such as doorknobs, tables, countertops, etc. ✅Limiting contact with others if you are ill. 🧻Covering your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
