Congratulations to Dr. Thushara MG (Amrita School of Computing, Amritapuri) and Dr. Somasundaram K. (Amrita School of Physical Sciences, Ettimadai) on their recent publication in IEEE Access (Q1, Impact Factor: 3.4)! Title: ForBac: A Static Analysis Approach With Forward and Backward Analysis for Precision in Floating-Point Computations Key Contributions: Integrates forward & backward analysis for error correction Uses abstract interpretation to enhance numerical precision Demonstrates superior accuracy using Newton-Raphson and Jacobi methods Link to Research Article: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10990216?source=authoralert #AmritaResearch #IEEEAccess #FloatingPointAnalysis #StaticAnalysis #ScientificComputing #AmritaVishwaVidyapeetham

We are delighted to share that a research article titled "Toward Real-Time Recognition of Continuous Indian Sign Language: A Multi-Modal Approach Using RGB and Pose" has been published in IEEE Access (Q1 Journal | Impact Factor: 3.4). Congratulations to Dr. Geetha M, Dr. Neena A. , Darshik Somasundaran , Amritha Raghunath (AmritaCREATE), and Dr. Prema Nedungadi for this significant achievement. This work presents SignFlow, the first real-time continuous sign language recognition model specifically designed for Indian Sign Language (ISL). It introduces novel proxy-task-based pretraining, reimagines the transformer architecture for improved accuracy, and incorporates a frame-rate adaptive augmentation technique to ensure device-agnostic inference. The research marks a notable step forward in leveraging AI for inclusive and accessible communication. #inclusivity #aianddisabilitystudies #isl #ResearchExcellence #AIforAccessibility #SignLanguageRecognition #IndianSignLanguage #IEEEAccess #ArtificialIntelligence #AmritaUniversity #AmritaCREATE #InclusiveTechnology #AcademicResearch #TransformingEducation #AIInnovation
