Educ8 SA - Improving Lives Through Learning What sets Educ8 SA a part from other curriculum providers? Educ8 SA was established in 2017 due to a gap in the South African education market for students and families with unique needs and circumstances who seek an innovative learning environment. Our program has won more than 215 awards to date and is an excellent program to use. Our program is easy to navigate, making learning simple and easy. In addition, our program offers extra features such as parent support, where parents can log in anytime to view their child's progress. We also offer student support; our Student Managers are on duty from 7:30 am to 4 pm. If you need any information regarding your child's progress, you can book a Zoom session with us. These are just a few of the fantastic features our program has to offer! BELA Act Guidelines: De-risked Home Education, for Now. The Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Act was fully implemented on 24 December 2024. A law that many feared could destroy Afrikaans schools and deter parents from choosing home education. In response, the Solidarity movement prepared for legal action. However, Minister Siviwe Gwarube promised to publish guidelines clarifying the lawโs interpretationโguidelines that would address Solidarityโs objections.
