#YouthDay2025 Today, we honour the fearless youth of 1976 — and remember one of their own, the late Professor Enos Ngutshane. As a student leader at Naledi High School, he played a key role in the Soweto Uprising, standing boldly against apartheid oppression. His bravery inspired a generation and helped shape our democracy. We honour the past, empower the present, and invest in a just future. May the spirit of 1976 guide today’s youth to lead with purpose, resilience, and courage.
