Symptoms of anxiety disorders include: โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Excessive fear or worry. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Trouble concentrating. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Feeling irritable, tense or restless. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Nausea or abdominal distress. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Heart palpitations. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Sweating, trembling or shaking. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน Trouble sleeping. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน A sense of impending danger, panic or doom. ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿ’ผ Symptoms often begin during childhood or adolescence and continue into adulthood. Girls and women are more likely to experience an anxiety disorder than boys and men. To help manage your symptoms of anxiety and promote your overall well-being, you can: 1๏ธโƒฃ Avoid or cut down on alcohol and donโ€™t use illicit drugs. 2๏ธโƒฃ Exercise regularly, even if itโ€™s just a short walk. 3๏ธโƒฃ Stick to regular eating and sleeping habits and eat a healthy diet; 4๏ธโƒฃ Learn relaxation techniques, such as slow breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. 5๏ธโƒฃ Develop the habit of mindfulness meditation.
