*The Secrets Behind Waikiki Toastmasters’ Success – Unveiled!* Aloha Fellow Toastmasters, It’s no secret that *Waikiki Toastmasters* is one of the most successful clubs in District 49. But what behind-the-scenes magic makes it happen has been a mystery—until now. On behalf of all of us, I pestered *Norapong* and *Andy*—the *VPE* and *VPPR* of the club, respectively—for 90 minutes with questions about what exactly they do at Waikiki Toastmasters that makes the club so successful in attracting and retaining members. They graciously answered them all, and as a result, we ended up recording a podcast episode! *In this inspiring episode, we dive into:* 1. What is it like to attend a meeting at Waikiki Toastmasters? 2. How do you manage a diverse group and sustain a culture of open dialogue? 3. Is Waikiki’s uniqueness rooted in its supportive and open-minded environment? 4. How do you prepare for each meeting? What’s the process behind the scenes? 5. Do you get help managing Pathways and onboarding? Do you have a VPE team or mentors? 6. How do you attract new guests and promote your meetings? 7. How do you retain members? Any additional advice for other club leaders? 8. How does your executive committee operate behind the scenes? 9. Is there anything else you’d like to share that could help other clubs grow? 10. Can you share a major challenge your club has faced and how you overcame it? 11. What challenges have you personally faced as club leaders? This episode is packed with *practical takeaways* for *club officers, district officers, future DTMs,* and any *member* looking to level up their Toastmasters journey. Let’s continue to grow, learn, and elevate each other—together.
