After a lineup change, Denis Große stepped in as the new vocalist. In 2014, the sophomore album “Coldstart” followed. With their single “Burn Out”, the band pulled off an unexpected coup. The track was featured in the EMP TV commercial for “The Walking Dead” and aired nationwide in Germany during the live broadcast of the 2016 NFL Super Bowl. After that, things went quiet for a while until the reboot in 2023. Robin Mussmann, originally the drummer, switched to bass, and Daniel ‘Pio’ Piotrowski joined as the new drummer. Krystian ‘Krys’ Krawczyk and Denis Große took over the guitar work and played a key role in shaping the new sound. The new single marks the beginning of more releases, which the band has been working on with tireless dedication since 2020. With their version of “Disease”, BLINDSOUL deliberately chose a song that has been close to their hearts for years. The opener of their favorite album “Seasons”, a landmark in American Alternative Metal, has lost none of its power more than 22 years after its release. For the band, it’s a tribute to one of their biggest musical influences.
