Prayer for Guidance and Discernment Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart seeking clarity and direction. In the quiet of this moment, I lay down my doubts, fears, and distractions,and I ask for Your voice to rise above all others. Lord, life presents so many paths, and at times I feel lost in the choices before me. I do not want to lean on my own understanding, but instead trust in Your wisdom and the plans You have for me. Open my eyes to see what You see. Open my ears to hear Your whisper. Open my heart to follow, even when the road seems uncertain. Give me courage to take the steps You place before me,and patience to wait when You say, “not yet.” Protect me from false opportunities that lead away from Your will, and bless me with discernment that I may walk in truth and integrity. Thank You for being my constant guide, even when I do not see the full picture. I choose to trust You today and always, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Dear Lord, thank you for this new day and for keeping me safe through the night. I commit this day to you. Please fill me with your joy and peace and help me to be anxious for nothing. Jehovah God, You are the Source of all wisdom, the Giver of truth, and the Light in every dark place. I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance in all things. You have said in Your Word, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him” (James 1:5 ). So now, I ask You for discernment. Lord, in a world filled with noise, confusion, and many competing voices, teach me to hear Your still, small voice above them all. Help me not to lean on my own understanding, but in all my ways to acknowledge You, that You may direct my paths (Proverbs 3:5–6). Let my heart not be swayed by fear, impatience, or pride, but steadied by Your truth.Father, when I face choices and crossroads, whether great or small, give me clarity. Teach me to wait when I must wait, to move when You say go, and to trust even when I don’t fully understand. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart…” — let that be the foundation of every step I take. Above all, let my discernment be anchored in love , love for You, love for truth, and love for others. Let my choices reflect the character of Christ, who is Himself the wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1:24). I ask all this not in my own name or strength, but in the mighty and matchless name of Your Son, my Savior,Jesus Christ. Amen.
