✨FARM SPOTLIGHT Open Farm Weekend ✨Jubilee Farm is a social farm located in Larne, Northern Ireland, spanning 13.5 acres and founded on the principles of Creation Care - an ethos that integrates farming and conservation through responsible stewardship. As NI’s first community-owned farm, Jubilee Farm was established through a public share offer in which 150 individuals invested in the vision, raising the necessary funds to purchase the land. Since then, it has evolved into a welcoming, community-focused space open to all. Jubilee Farm also serves as a hub for Social Farming—an innovative approach that uses agricultural activities to support therapy, rehabilitation, education, social inclusion, and rural social services. During the Bank of Ireland Open Farm Weekend, visitors will have the opportunity to explore various facets of farm life at Jubilee, including agriculture, food production, nature conservation, and the farm’s community initiatives. A complimentary minibus service will operate from a nearby car park at Larne Rugby Club, Glynn to facilitate park-and-ride access to the farm. 🚌 Safety Notice: For the wellbeing of both animals and guests, no dogs are to be brought onto the farm, with the exception of assistance dogs. Thank you for your understanding. Saturday 14 June (public day) 11am to 4pm www.openfarmweekend.com
