*Mbesa Football Club* **Youth Soccer Coach Wanted!** Are you passionate about soccer and eager to inspire the next generation of players? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team for the upcoming season! **Position:** Youth Soccer Coach **Location:** Vanguard Stadium, Mberengwa **Duration:** 2025 Season **Age Group:* Development side U21 (Division 2) **Responsibilities:** - Plan and conduct engaging and fun practice sessions. - Develop players’ skills and promote teamwork and sportsmanship. - Create a positive and inclusive environment for all players. - Communicate regularly with parents about player progress and team activities. - Assist in team management and organization during games and tournaments. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience coaching youth soccer (preferred). - Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to engage and motivate young athletes. - Relevant coaching certifications, such as CAF C or equivalent **What We Offer:** - Competitive compensation. - Opportunities for professional development and continued education. - A supportive and dynamic coaching staff. - A chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of young athletes.
